EXCLUSIONS: Do not use for patients with hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis, acute kidney injury (AKI), creatinine clearance <30mL/min, chronic adrenal insufficiency, electrical burns, rhabdomyolysis, DKA, crush injury, hypothermia, or active transfer orders out of the ICU/Step Down Unit.
